Features

All systems have the following features:

Pump: Cast iron cylinders, billet forged crankshaft, large ball bearing mains, forged 'I' section steel con rods with slipper shell big end bearings, bronze scrolled small end, forged piston, (4ring) quality Swedish steel poppet valve, large diameter iron fan/flywheel. Large displacement, low revs. The VG27 has V twin cylinders and the larger models triple cylinders.

Motor: Cast iron frame, totally enclosed and fan cooled, sealed ball bearing, iron rotor, full copper windings.

Tank: Full boiler plate air receiver, construction to AS 1210 (unfired boiler code), heavy plate with manhole inspection port. Crown stamped, assayed and hydrostatically tested. Full dimension mounting legs with fork blade recess boxing.

Transmission: Vee belt drive (dual for smaller models, triple for larger), dual pulleys (Australian manufacture) fully enclosed guard system with full flow air suction porting, all steel construction.

Fittings: Solid brass springless check valve, large bore copper discharge pipe, full compression unions, stainless steel lever ball valve drain, stainless steel lever ball valve outlet cock. Large diameter pressure gauge with brass bourden tube, enamel metal case and glass bezel. USA brass safety valve to AS 1210 code.

Switch: Top quality German condor switch with phase protection and thermal overload, heavy duty compression copper unloading line.

Warranty: 12 months warranty (parts & labour).
