Float or time controlled drains may stick, are sensitive to particles and cause malfunctions. Or they open to early and too long thus causing high losses of your expensive and most valuable energy: pressurised air. Sensors without moving parts means safe function without sticking or blocking and safe working without air loss. With condensate entry from the top and rear side enables fitting in even narrow spaces means fitting is possible under vessels or small compressors.

The ultrasep superplus® is available in 7 sizes from 120 m3/h up to 7,200 m3/h which allows a perfect match to your compressor. Best match - best economy for your benefit. Safety has not been forgotten either, the activated carbon is protected by a pre-adsorbent ultrasorb and a bright yellow floater warns about the beginning of a blockage of the carbon by oil sludge and the water quality is visibly checked with a simple turbidity comparison.

ultraaqua means ultrafiltration, a separation technology without adding chemicals; it has a virtually indestructible ceramic membrane, a membrane with a pH resistance from 1 to 11 and a temperature range up to 175F/80°C; autoclean is a synonym for a revolutionary adaptive performance control of the filtration process.

Autoclean® detects fluctuations in the day / night or seasonal flow of condensate. It also compares the condensate flow with the units performance so automatic cleaning is not initiated before the input exceeds the output. Autoclean® adapts to the units performance to the varying demands, large quantities in summer, small quantities in winter. A self adapting unit is the most safe and economical imagined.
